Is there a minimum contract term?

After the Free 14-Day Trial expires, you will be billed automatically for the next month or next year, based on the billing cycle that you've signed up for, yearly. Our paid plans are billed month to month, or year to year. You can upgrade, cancel, and upgrade again later if you want.

When am I billed?

If you are on the month to month paid plan, we will bill each month on your sign up or upgrade day to the paid plan.If you are on the Yearly paid plan, we will bill each year on your sign up or upgrade day to the Yearly paid plan.

What happens when you cancel the paid plan subscription?

When you downgrade to Free plan or cancel the paid plan subscription, your account will not have access to paid features for the remaining of the paid period, and you won’t be charged any more.

What is a URL/Web Page?

An URL or web page is one endpoint monitored every single 1 hour from one location. You can add multiple web pages of your website, or add competitors' websites in order to compare with them and understand how you can improve the performance of your website.

What does location mean?

Location stands for the geographic area from where the clients (users) are going to hit your application

Do you offer refunds?

If you experience issues with our cloud testing platform that make it unusable for you, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

What happens if I reach the test runs limits of my plan?

If you reach the limits of your plan, we'll notify you and automatically upgrade you to the next plan.

What counts as a test run?

A test run represents one entire execution of any test, whether triggered manually, via scheduling, through the API or any other extension.
